1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yandi Aluminum's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Product Information
Yandi Aluminum strives to provide accurate product information, specifications, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, letter of credit, and other approved payment methods.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Yandi Aluminum is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Custom Products
For custom aluminum extrusions, the customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications. Once production begins on custom orders, cancellations may not be accepted or may incur cancellation fees. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective.
6. Quality and Warranty
Yandi Aluminum warrants that products will conform to the specifications agreed upon with the customer. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of defective products at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Yandi Aluminum's website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Yandi Aluminum and is protected by international copyright laws. Customer-provided designs remain the property of the customer, and Yandi Aluminum will not use such designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the customer's order without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Yandi Aluminum be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products that gave rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in China.
10. Modifications to Terms
Yandi Aluminum reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
